Community Service
Dr. Deese’s concern and care for his patients’ well-being is matched by his concern and care for the well-being of his local community. Highlighted here are a few of the civic and religious organizations he supports.
Education
Understanding that a quality education improves the lives of children and the communities in which they reside, Dr. Deese has contributed to the following educational enrichment organizations along the Eastern Shore: Fairhope Educational Enrichment Foundation (FEEF), Spanish Fort Educational Enrichment Foundation (SFEEF), Supporting Educational Excellence in Daphne Schools (SEEDS).
The Arts
Having been raised by a mother with a degree in fine arts and in a community that values the arts, Dr. Deese helps pass the passion on to the next generation through his support of the BayART Project, an organization that provided opportunities for youth to engage in the process of making public art. More recently, he has donated to the Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre, an amazing company that provides quality musical theater experiences for our community.
The Environment
As a native son of the Eastern Shore, Dr. Deese’s love for Mobile Bay and its surrounding habitats runs deep. In addition to several beach walks each week, trash bag in hand, Dr. Deese is a proud supporter of Mobile Baykeeper, Outdoor Alabama, and Coastal Conservation Association.
Those in Need
Helping to meet the needs of those in our community and the world at large, Dr. Deese and his family have supported Family Promise, Catholic Charities, Konbit Haiti, and To Be among others.
